Description:

This is an entry level position but candidate should have experience in a broad range of server, workstation, and networking products. We are looking for someone who is looking to join a growing team of driven technology professionals.

Essential Job Functions:

• Professional client interaction

• Accurate time tracking and technical notes

• Excellent communication with clients and co-workers

• Basic Windows Server loads and maintenance

• Perform routine network maintenance

• Application troubleshooting

 

Qualifications:

• Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software

• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Passion for technology

 

Work conditions:

• Position is onsite five days a week at work site(s), within a 70-mile radius of Ann Arbor

• Daily travel to work sites– must provide own vehicle and insurance coverage

• Position averages 40 hours per week (full-time salaried position)

• Occasional weekend/after-hours work

• Moving of equipment weighing up to 55 pounds
